What to do if you have a problem viewing PDF files on this site...

What do I do if I don't have Acrobat Reader on my computer?
To view the newsletters, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Get more information and download Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

What if I open the files and sometimes I get a blank screen?
First, have patience. Some PDF documents can be fairly large and will take a while to load, especially over slow internet connections. If you have waited a significant amount of time, have the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer and when you attempt to open a PDF file, the file still won't open or it file displays a blank page then right click (rather than left click, Macintosh users - Control+Click) on the link and follow the on-screen instructions to save the file to your computer and view it locally.

For more information, see the directions below.

Internet Explorer:

  • Right click on the link to the file you wish to view (rather than left click).
  • Click on "Save Target As..."
  • A dialog box will appear allowing you to save the PDF file to your computer.
  • Navigate to the place on your hard drive you wish to save to and click on "Save" to download the file.
  • Next, you'll get a dialog box that states the download is complete.
  • Click on "Open" to view the file immediately.
  • If you prefer to view the file later, make a note of where you saved the file and click on "Close" to close the dialog box. Then simply open the file directly from Acrobat Reader's File->Open menu command.
